Modify your Company's Account

(From Settings>Account to give the Account Summary page.)

Note:You will only see all the options under the Settings menu if you are an Administrator user.

From the Account Summary page, you can modify various details of your Notion Lite account. (Note that the details that can be edited relate to your company's Account as a whole, not to individual users.)

You can:

You can change various details of the account, by first of all clicking Edit Details to give the Edit Account Details page.

1.Change the text under Contact Name, Address, Postal Code, Country, Phone and Email as required.

2.If you wish to change your Display Language or Time Zone, select the required option from the pull-down menus. (You are unlikely to need to do this unless you selected the wrong options by mistake when you were registering your Notion Lite account.)

3.If you wish to change the temperature units displayed against the graph on the Graphical Data page, select the required units from the pull-down list under Temperature Display Units. (Centigrade is the default unit.)

4.Click 'Save Changes'.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Purchase additional SMS Credits

In order for users to be able to receive SMS messages to their mobile phones to tell them that a Transmitter-Sensor has gone into Alarm, you must purchase SMS credits.

1.Select Settings > Account to display the Account Summary page.

2.Click Add SMS Credit on the Account Summary page to display the Add SMS Message Credit page.

3.Enter the pre-purchased Voucher Code into the Voucher Code box.

4.Click the Apply Voucher > button to apply the Voucher and return to the Account Summary page.

•The Remaining SMS Credits figure will have been updated by the number of credits you have purchased.

Your company's monthly subscription governs the number of Transmitter-Sensors that can be used. To change the subscription, do the following:

1.Select Settings>Account to give the Account Summary page.

2.Click Manage Subscription to give the Subscription Summary page.

3.Do one of the following:

i.If you wish to change your subscription, click Change Subscription.

ii.If you wish to cancel your subscription, click Cancel Subscription.

iii.If you wish to leave your subscription unchanged but change your payment details, click 'Update Payment Details' to give the Payment Details page. Update the payment card details as appropriate, then click 'Update Payment Details'.
