•Make sure email alarms are enabled. See Configure Transmitter-Sensors •Make sure the battery is oriented correctly. •Is the battery flat? Replace the battery. •Make sure the Transmitter-Sensor is not too far from the Cloud Receiver and that it is not behind an obstruction. •Make sure the Transmitter-Sensor (and the Cloud Receiver) are oriented vertically. •Make sure you've added the Transmitter-Sensor to the Notion Lite system. See Add a new Transmitter-Sensor. |
•The buzzer will sound and the red alarm LED will flash on the Cloud Receiver. The Alarm bell turns red on the display |
•Press the Reset button under the Cloud Receiver. The alarm LED remains solid red until Notion Lite regains control of the Transmitter-Sensor, then the light will go out. •To acknowledge the alarm from the display, click the red alarm bell then follow the on-screen 'Acknowledge Alarm' instructions. The alarm LED turns solid orange until Notion Lite regains control of the Transmitter-Sensor, then the light will go out. If the Reset button under the Cloud Receiver was not pressed first, the Acknowledge operation will happen the next time Notion Lite updates the Cloud Receiver, which can take up to 15 minutes. When Notion Lite regains control of the Transmitter-Sensor, the light will go out. |
